A Ghost of a Chance

This is Ghost. Ghost is a Siamese kitten (or VERY young cat) that was found caught on the roof of a feed warehouse located next to a busy highway. They tried to get her down for two days and finally got her down. She'd gotten an abscess which they had to remove just under one ear, and she has a cataract in most of one eye and they think that she's lost about 75% of her hearing.

My husband & I thought about her over the weekend, and today I went & brought her home & introduced her to the rest of our family.

She's now snuggled up to our Great Dane, purring the loudest little purr that I've heard in a long, long time.....
